Close your eyes to things that hurt you
Do not lend your ears to what doesn't benefit you
Distance yourself from things that are a threat to your Eemaan,
For a depressed believer is the most beloved to Shaytaan!
Cool your eyes with the writings of the Salaf
Find solace in their speeches when life becomes rough
Learn wisdom from the Ahaadeeth, seek guidance from the Quraan -
For verily a repentant struggling believer becomes beloved to Ar-Rahmaan!
