Soncha ke ek pal ke liye khud ko aaj main dekh hi loon
Maazi ke un nishaanon ko ek baar to khud me dhoond hi loon
Ek dard jo dil me samaaya tha, bheegi si theen ankhein meri
Thak chuke the mere qadam, dhundli si theen rahein meri
Aaj dil dard se mera khaali hai, ankhon me ansu bhi na rahe
Meri kamzoriyon ki wajah jo bane, zindagi ke wo pehlu na mile
Hui takleef jab mujhe khud me kaheen ek afsos samaaya mila
Ke beete waqt ko maine aakhir kyun tabaah kiya?
